The process of setting up a booth is very simple. Vendors begin arriving on Tuesday evening and early Wednesday morning. The spaces in front of our large center barn are reserved. Spaces north of the center barn (toward the hill) are on a first-come, first-served basis unless marked. You may pay vendor fees at the office upon arrival or choose a space behind the barn and we will collect fees in the morning. If no one has collected your fee, please stop by the office to pay before leaving.

No!  Reservations are never needed and our market area is large enough to handle any amount of vendors.

Indiana sales tax laws apply.

1) You may apply for your own Indiana retail sales tax certificate and send your own tax collections to the State, OR,

2) If you do not have an Indiana retail sales certificate you must collect the 7% sales tax which is payable at the White’s Farm office and will forwarded by us to the Indiana Department of Revenue.

The sale of food is permitted under some strict policies.  Vendors will be required to have a special food service license to sell as well as a license from the Franklin County (IN) Health Department.  For additional information or White’s Farm Food service license please contact Andi White (Andi@Whites1922.com)

Failure to do so will result in dismissal from the market.

You may sell live animals at the market.  All live animal vendors must set up on the northeast corner of the market (with quick and easy access to water hydrant).  Please note any vendors dealing in the sale of live animals are required to provide adequate water, shade, and conditions for these animals. Failure to do so will result in dismissal from the market.  Additionally, all vendors dealing in the sale of live animals should have hand sanitizer readily available and all customers handling animals should be required to cleanse their hands after handling to decrease the spread of animal illness between vendors’ stock.

Both vendors and buyers are not permitted to carry firearms through the flea market.  The sale of firearms by White’s Farm vendors is permitted.  Please note; White’s Auctions is a licensed Federal Firearms License holder (FFL) – in the instance the sale of a firearm would require an FFL transfer White’s Auctions can facilitate the transfer for a $20 FFL transfer fee.
