How It Works & Disposal Fees

How Our Pricing & Disposal Works

We believe in upfront, transparent pricing. To give you the fairest rate possible, your costs are broken into two simple parts:

1. The Base Rental Fee ($300): This covers the 15-yard dumpster drop-off to your location, a 7-day rental period, and the final pick-up.
2. The Waste Disposal Fee: The renter is responsible for the actual cost of the waste disposal at the closest transfer station.

Local Disposal Fee Reference

For local customers, building material disposal at the Franklin County Transfer Station is currently $100 per ton. Because you pay the exact transfer station rate, you never have to worry about inflated flat-rate disposal fees.

What Can (and Can’t) Go in the Dumpster?

To ensure compliance with local environmental laws and transfer station regulations, please review these guidelines before loading your rental.

Allowed Materials

• General Trash & Debris: Household junk, paper, cardboard, plastics, clothes, and old furniture.
• Construction & Remodeling Waste: Drywall, wood, framing, flooring, cabinetry, siding, and roofing materials.
• Yard Waste: Brushes, branches, logs, and general landscaping clippings.

Prohibited Materials (Strictly Forbidded)

Per environmental regulations, we cannot transport or dispose of the following hazardous or specialized items:

• Liquids & Chemicals: Paints, stains, motor oils, fuels, solvents, and chemical cleaners.
• Hazardous Electronics: Large batteries (like automotive batteries) and certain heavy electronics.
• Appliances with Freon: Refrigerators, freezers, and air conditioning units (unless professionally drained and certified).
• Tires: Auto or truck tires are not permitted under standard disposal rates.
• Flammable or Explosive Items: Propane tanks, fireworks, or pressurized canisters.

Heavy Material Restrictions

• Concrete, Dirt, Brick, & Sand: If your project involves heavy materials like concrete, brick, block, dirt, or asphalt, please contact us prior to booking. These materials add weight rapidly and require specialized handling to prevent exceeding legal road-weight limits or damaging the driveway.
